Being a Culture Companion at HDI means building trust, showing poise and communicating confidently - even when things get uncomfortable. This is exactly what the e-learning courses in our Culture Companion training programme are for: they make you strong in communication, give you confidence in dealing with crises and show you how to build networks that really work.

As an e-learning specialist, I know that good training is more than just imparting knowledge. It has to be tangible, flexible and practical, and that's exactly what our digital learning formats do.

Three e-learning courses, one goal: communicate with confidence.

The learning journey starts where things often get challenging in everyday life: in crisis communication. How do you react when criticism is levelled on social media? How can trust be restored? In realistic scenarios, we as participants learn to keep calm, show poise and remain capable of communicative action.

The second e-learning session is all about stakeholder engagement and networking, i.e. building, maintaining and utilising relationships in a targeted manner. It's about really listening, networking at eye level and how to create a strong community that spreads and strengthens topics.

Finally, the third module shows how communication can be measured. Because if you analyse and understand social media activities, you can control their impact in a targeted manner. As corporate influencers, we learn how to interpret data, use tools and turn figures into real stories.

But we don't just have e-learning courses, we also have face-to-face formats. But why a blended learning programme? The Culture Companion training programme combines face-to-face workshops with self-study modules as e-learning courses, and for good reason: digital modules create the basis: knowledge, reflection, repetition. They offer the freedom to work on content at your own pace and to delve deeper into specific topics. The face-to-face workshops then create what complements digital learning: exchange, feedback and attitude. This is where people try out, discuss and experience what they have previously learnt in theory.

Blended learning therefore combines the best of both worlds: flexible and sustainable. It enables learning that lasts.

What makes e-learning special in my view?

The e-learning courses are interactive, lively and practical. They invite you to ask questions, make decisions and reflect on your own communication style.

The result is learning that not only imparts knowledge, but also promotes attitude, which is exactly what we need as Culture Companions: authenticity, confidence and communicative strength.
