This was the idea behind the launch of our Corporate Influencer Programme a few weeks ago. I was able to attend the launch in Hanover in person - a moment that showed This is not about strategies on paper, but about living culture. It's about people who show attitude and are willing to actively help shape our corporate culture.

18 colleagues have set off on a new path as Culture Companions. Culture Companions - that is our approach to corporate influencers at HDI. It is not about a purely entrepreneurial perspective, but about the people at HDI. They are at the centre of everything we do and shape the culture that defines us. As Culture Companions, they give this culture a voice and bring it to life. Their individual experiences and perspectives enrich the programme and make our joint work effective.

To kick off the programme, we talked about our performance culture, impact, purpose and what it means to take responsibility for your own voice. Because visibility is only possible with people who communicate authentically and show what HDI stands for.

Show attitude. Staying true to yourself. Shaping culture.

Before we really get started, I would like to give our 18 Culture Companions a few words of encouragement: I am proud and grateful that you are taking on this task. With your commitment and your sense of what HDI is all about, you are taking on an important role. You show that corporate culture is not an abstract concept, but something that is lived and shaped by people every day.

I wish you much joy and courage on this journey. A journey full of encounters, development and inspiration. These stories create closeness and trust and show what makes us special at HDI.
