HDI sponsorship programme for working students & interns
As part of our efforts to counteract the increasing labour shortage, we launched our internal support programme for working students and interns in 2023. The aim of this programme is to provide targeted support for our young talent, ease the financial burden on them and at the same time give them valuable practical insights.

What the sponsorship looks like
The sponsorship programme supports four selected working students and interns each year with a monthly grant of €500 gross. This financial support is intended to make it easier for students to successfully finance their studies while gaining professional experience at HDI. During their time at HDI, they have the opportunity to further develop their skills and apply their theoretical knowledge in practice. Thanks to the positive response to the programme and numerous recommendations from our managers, we were able to expand it to four additional sponsorship places in 2024. The selection process is carried out by an independent panel from our Recruiting Centre in order to promote the best talent.
The goal: A clear signal in favour of promoting young talent
With this sponsorship programme, we are sending out a strong signal for the promotion of young talent and actively investing in the future of our talented young people. Our aim is not only to make studying easier, but also to build a long-term relationship between the participants and our company.
