As an employer, HDI simply offers me incredibly attractive added value and enables me to achieve a good work-life balance. The HDI attaches great importance to promoting young talent and always moves with the times. In addition to interesting and diverse employment opportunities within the group, the HDI attaches great importance to employees and also offers opportunities such as sporting activities, team events and a variety of training courses and seminars. But above all the career prospects that are offered here speak for the HDI. When performance is shown, there are exciting development opportunities. The decision was immediately clear, at HDI I have everything I need and can expect individual support. And that is exactly how it is!
Easy: My colleagues!
Be yourself! This is the only way you can be supported and a specially tailored further development program can be put together. Everyone who applies has a chance if he shows what he can do. Take responsibility and ask for what interests you.
My mentor is always at my side with good advice. He helps me develop further and coordinates all further steps in my IT trainee program with me. He helps me to set up my internship plan and to come into contact with many other departments. Regardless of the matter, he supports me and knows how I can use the 18 months effectively to prove myself in my new position.
Yes, I have a lot of contact with the other IT trainees. We work on projects together, have regular exchange appointments and sometimes meet for lunch. Even in times of the Corona crisis, we manage to exchange ideas on a regular basis. We make phone calls and have video calls.
