The HDI Communications Center - More than a call centre

In the Outbound department, we actively approach our client's customers and provide them with excellent service in solving various challenges.
Our main activities include scheduling, recovering cancellations, processing payment disruptions and carrying out welcome calls.With the support of modern telephony systems and innovative software solutions, we can handle many tasks on a case-by-case basis.

In this area, we take care of the entire sales of LP Versicherungen. We provide information on existing contracts, help with the preparation of offers and applications, answer technical and sales questions, support the advisors in discussions with customers and prepare reports for various areas of LP. The use of new media such as video telephony is standard.

In the inbound area of TARGO insurance, we provide technical support for TARGO insurance customers and TARGOBANK employees - both on the phone and via chat.
We advise customers on questions regarding insurance products as well as payment assistance, deferments and consequences in the event of termination. We also support TARGOBANK employees with technical questions about our product range.

We are professional contacts for customers of LP Versicherungen and HDI Pensionsfonds via direct communication channels such as telephone and chat.We help customers with questions about their insurance products, such as general contract information, product information, portfolio data maintenance, advice on solutions for payment problems and complaints.In addition, we process benefit requests within the framework of residual credit insurance and handle new application checks and the associated statistics for the HDI Pensionsfonds.

In input management, we are responsible for providing incoming documents as requested and in a timely manner to ensure a smooth and efficient service for our customers and to support the sales units.
Our main activities include business case determination, data capture and document routing. Through the support of numerous automated processes, many incoming orders are processed directly on a case-by-case basis.
