Inbound HDI Life Insurance

We are the professional point of contact for HDI Lebensversicherung customers via direct telephone communication.

We help customers with questions about their insurance products, such as general contract information, product information, portfolio data maintenance, advice on solutions to payment problems and complaints.

Inbound neue leben

In the inbound division of neue leben, we provide professional support for neue leben insurance customers and employees of the savings banks - both on the phone and via chat.
We advise customers on questions about insurance products and payment aids, portfolio data maintenance and the consequences in the event of cancellation. We also support employees of the savings banks with technical questions about our product range.

Knowledge management

As Knowledge Management HKM, we are responsible for the training and further education of the employees of the risk carriers of Targo Insurance, LifeStyle Protection, neue leben and HDI Lebensversicherung as well as the areas of telemarketing and input management. Our core competences also include identifying knowledge gaps and designing training courses to meet these needs. We provide employees with the necessary information and maintain it in the knowledge database.
