The Culture Days are an event for our corporate culture. A strong sign that culture is important to us. That we want to further advance our corporate culture. That we create an environment in which everyone can fully contribute their strengths. Culture is not an end in itself. It creates the foundation for excellence to remain relevant in an increasingly complex world. Culture is strategy. And culture only works together.

Data protection
Please note the following information on data protection. The photographs/video recordings will be published in the following ways:
- documentation of the event
- in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Xing, Instagram, TikTok)
- internal communication (intranet)
- for public relations (e.g. career site https://careers.hdi.group/en/, presentations)
- communication media at the company sites (infoscreens, posters, flyers and the like)
If you do not agree with the picture or video recording of you during the event, please contact the photographing or recording person on site.
