me@hdi: A short interview with Paula

I'm Paula, 21 years old and I'm from Hanover.

In my day-to-day work, I communicate a lot with recruiting managers, departments and applicants. I organize job interviews and upload jobs on social media platforms such as LinkedIn or Xing.

What I like about the insurance industry is its versatility. You can look into so many areas and see which career path is best for you.

What I enjoy most about my job is working in an incredibly great team. My colleagues are incredibly helpful and super nice. I also really enjoy the work itself. I like posting job ads because they lead to more applications. I also really enjoy the organization itself.
