It is our aim to make your start with us as easy as possible. Therefore, we show you at a glance how the application procedure looks like with us. In addition, we provide you with some advice about the information that should be contained in your application and the best way to convince us by it. Our application procedure

Online application

Send us your application (cover letter, CV, last grade certificates/transcripts) via our job board. Tell us about yourself and your previous experiences!

Perusal of the documents

We will take our time to carefully peruse your documents. If we are convinced by your profile you will receive an email from us containing all information on what the next steps will be.

Online Assesment Center

To see how we can find the best match, we ask applicants for apprenticeships and dual studies to take a digital test.

Introductory meeting

We will invite you to a conversation – personally, via telephone or video. At this meeting, we want to get to know each other better and to find out if we suit each other.

Practice day

On that day, you will have the opportunity to meet your potential new colleagues in their everyday work. In addition, you will be able to furnish proof of your practical knowledge.

For trainees, dual students and interns, there is usually no practical day.

Your application was successful, and you are convinced that the respective job with us is just the right one for you? Welcome to the HDI Group! You will receive your employment contract and your starting date. We are looking forward to your feedback on our kununu profile.

Onboarding

We want you to feel well from the first day. Therefore, constant contact persons supporting you in the case of questions and a detailed initiation plan are awaiting you. At a welcoming event, you will get to know your new colleagues and be provided with further information.
