The most important things in a nutshell

Your payment

We pay you

EUR 1,170 gross per month in the 1st year of training
EUR 1,245 gross per month in the 2nd year of training
EUR 1,330 gross per month in the 3rd year of training

You will also receive a 13th and 14th monthly salary, capital-forming benefits and we will cover the costs of your textbooks, seminars and travel. We also offer you very good chances of being taken on after your training.

When does the training start?

The apprenticeship starts in August or September, depending on the location and training centre.

At which locations can I do my training?

You can do your training with us in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Dortmund, Essen, Hanover, Hamburg, Hilden, Cologne, Leipzig, Mainz, Munich, Nuremberg, Saarbrücken or Stuttgart.

Training community and mentoring programme

All for yourself? Not with us. Our nationwide digital training community provides support with questions, learning group formation and exam preparation. The mentoring programme can also pave the way for your career.

Variety and very good chances of being taken on

Thanks to the alternating practical phases, you will gain comprehensive insights into the various departments. With the optional "Homebase" training programme, you can join a specialist department from the second year of training and deepen your knowledge in the respective department until the end of your training. After your apprenticeship, all doors are open to you - you can get started in a wide variety of areas.

Individual professional development

Set yourself goals and we will support you in achieving them with our numerous resources. For example, you can take part in the weekly learning session and work on individual topics.

Covering the costs of your initial training

We cover the costs of your dual study programme or apprenticeship. This includes all fees, specialist literature and seminars, inter-company and in-house tuition and exam preparation courses.

Events

During your training, we regularly organise events that bring us together. From the annual Christmas party and carnival event to an action day, the best performance dinner and the graduation ceremony - we celebrate every milestone with you and beyond.
