No matter whether you have already gathered first practical experience or want to get started after graduating directly: Our IT trainee program offers you an optimal entry into your professional career. With the HDI Group, you can make use of everything that you have learnt during your studies and develop your skills – for example in the areas of Data, IT Security or Agile.

We look at digitalization as a chance and prefer breaking new ground to standing still – and preferably together with you! By our trainee program, we will prepare you for your professional future in the area of IT within 18 months – supported by a personal mentor and our whole trainee community.

All information about the IT trainee program at a glance

Profile and previous experience

You are the right person for us if you are enthusiastic about IT and have completed your course of studies successfully or will graduate in the near future. Ideally, you already have gathered first practical experience, but this is not essential

Beginning and duration

Our IT trainee program lasts 18 months and starts on January 1 of each year. This date is however flexible. Thus, we can also agree an individual starting date with you.

Course and supervision

You will be integrated in our daily tasks and projects, from the beginning, and you will soon take on responsibility and be able to contribute your personal skills. You will complete several placements and get to know our company and our employees by active networking. During the whole period, an experienced mentor will be at your side to support you and to help you to develop your talents.

Development and goals

The trainee program offers you the opportunity to further develop your own skills and competencies. In the course of this, we will support you by professional and methodical training events. Within the course of the program, you will be prepared, step by step, for your future position within the company which is secured by your unlimited employment contract.
