Direct entry
You have already gathered first professional experience or even have completed an internship or have been employed as a working student with us? Then you have good chances of starting a job with us immediately – and manifold career perspectives!
We offer you three trainee programs with different focuses: IT, underwriting and risk management/actuarial office. As a trainee you will have the chance to gather first practical experience and thus to be optimally prepared for your work after the program.

We are driven by our curiosity. Through agile practices we get on together and are able to achieve our goals more quickly. In the course of this, we work in a cross-team manner and with the latest methods like, e.g., scrum or pair programming.

Attractive remuneration
Our salaries correspond to the collective agreement. Apart from their basic salaries, our employees are paid individual special payments as, for example, a 13th and 14th month’s salary.
30 days vacation
We offer our colleagues 30 days of annual leave. In addition, we offer you the possibility to change your working hours for a period of six to twelve months, upon consultation.
