We have adapted our processes to such an extent that you are supported completely digitally from the job search to the interview and from hiring to the onboarding. No handshake necessary!

We have continued to successfully hire staff since the beginning of the pandemic. And we don't plan to change that now. This year, for example, we hired as many apprentices as we did in 2019.

Our goal is of course to keep the differences between the digital application process and the application process with direct personal contact as small as possible.

That won't work 100%. The "safety first" approach has highest priority for us and we focus on the needs of you as an applicant.

• Dress the way you would do for an on-site interview. We have the "business casual" clothing style. A suit and tie are therefore not a must!
• Make sure the sound and picture are working well. Practice beforehand: Record yourself or practice the process with a friend.
• Put the cell phone down and turn it on - as long as you don't have the conversation over it, of course.
• Make sure that your "filming location" is tidy, quiet and well lit.
• Look at the camera.
• Stay calm! We are also all human and it may well be that the person opposite you is also sitting in his/her kitchen.
• Performance disruptions also occur. Keep calm and work together to resolve the problem.
