Initiatives for talent recruitment

Since 2021, the Talanx Group has been operating as an employer under the common brand HDI Group. With this brand, we want to show you what we stand for: an open corporate culture and exciting insights into our day-to-day work.

To make your application process as simple and transparent as possible, we set up a central recruiting centre in Germany in 2022. This is where we bundle all activities relating to recruiting, employer branding and sourcing. For you, this means faster processes and a personalised approach so that together we can find the best way to your new position.
Our recruiting teams work closely with the business divisions and continuously develop the processes - both nationally and internationally. After all, recruiting talent across national borders is becoming increasingly important. Our global locations also recruit independently for their markets. At the same time, we promote intercultural dialogue and focus on diversity in all countries.

The Charta of Diversity was founded in December 2006. The HDI Group is among the approx. 3,000 companies and public institutions in Germany with a total of 10.4 million employees that within the scope of the Charta of Diversity have committed to create a working environment free of prejudices and differentiations.
