Scholarships for students

We at the HDI Group have the aim to create new opportunities. Therefore, we support particularly talented students to develop their potentials. By means of the HDI Foundation and the Germany Scholarship, we will take the financial load off you and, in addition, offer you trainings, workshops, and a precious network for your future career.

Scholarships for students

Our Foundation has set itself to take responsibility for the society and to promote education and training. The focus of our commitment is on awarding student scholarships. We sponsor gifted students in insurance-related areas of studies. For this purpose, up to 15 student scholarships are awarded per semester. The sponsorship starts after the first two semesters of the particular degree course, at the earliest. It is granted for two semesters and may be extended.

The foundation sponsors students of selected insurance-related areas of studies at the Technical University of Braunschweig, the Georg-August University of Goettingen, the University of Hamburg, the Leibniz University of Hanover, the University of Leipzig, the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, the University of Cologne, the University of Technology of Cologne and the University of Ulm.

Each of them receives a grant in the amount of EUR 300 per month for two semesters.
