How does the introductory training work?
We want you to feel well with us from the first day. Therefore, constant contact persons supporting you in the case of questions and a detailed initiation plan are awaiting you. At the welcoming event, you will get to know your new colleagues and be provided with all the important information.
How long does the introductory training last?
Due to the fact that we want to have regard to your individual experiences and previous knowledge, the duration of the introductory training differs. However, as a rule, it lasts three to six months.
What is the amount of remuneration for professional newcomers?
Principally, your remuneration is guided by the applicable collective agreement. In some areas, we offer you variable and performance-oriented remuneration models.
