A work-study programme is a combination of study-related work and theoretical studies. It offers the opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge in practice and gain valuable professional experience.

The working hours for working students at the HDI Group are generally based on individual study plans. We try to organise working hours flexibly in order to enable a good work-life balance. A maximum of 20 hours a week is possible with us.

In principle, all students can apply for a work-study programme at the HDI Group. However, there are usually specific requirements for the advertised position, such as the field of study or the semester completed.

We are looking for working students in almost all areas. Where a position is currently vacant changes from time to time. You can find the vacancies here and filter them by subject area.

Yes, working students at the HDI Group receive an appropriate remuneration, which is usually between 14-18€/hour. The exact amount depends on various factors such as the scope of work and the duration of the working student programme.

A possible takeover after the work-study programme at the HDI Group depends on various factors, such as individual performance, available positions and the needs of the company. We are of course interested in retaining suitable talents and try to make a takeover possible as often as possible.

Yes, the 60/40 rule also applies to our working students. This means you can work from home or on the move for up to 60% of your working hours per quarter.

Your holiday entitlement is a maximum of 20 days per calendar year in accordance with the Federal Holiday Act (BUrlG). The individual amount is determined based on your length of employment.
