High practical relevance

Working on exciting projects within agile teams. With us, you will rotate through the various departments, get varied tasks and be able to directly gather professional experience in specific projects for trainees and integrated degree program students.

Remuneration

This is our monthly remuneration for trainees and integrated degree program students: In the first year of your training you will be paid Euros 1,205, in the second year Euros 1,282, and in the third year Euros 1,370. In addition to that there will be a 13th and 14th month’s salary and many employee benefits .

Where an integrated degree program is concerned, we also bear the tuition fees.

Flexible working hours models

A 38-hours workweek and 30 days annual leave are awaiting you at the HDI Group. Due to our flexitime arrangement, you will be able to structure your working time flexibly, in consultation with your superiors.

Develop further

Make progress professionally and personally: Due to further training seminars and E-learning your knowledge will always be up-to-date. Some of our offers are provided in cooperation, e.g., with the “Berufsbildungswerk der Versicherungswirtschaft” (BWV) [The Insurance Industry's Vocational Training Institute].

Internationality

Chicago, London, Toronto? With us, you will have the opportunity to complete one of the phases of your practical training abroad. Decisive factors for this are, among other things, your knowledge of the language of the country concerned and your particular training schedule.

Mobility

With us, you will be paid a travel allowance for your trip to work, at all our locations. Depending on where you work, we will subsidize your monthly bus and train ticket by the job ticket. You will be allowed to use the job ticket also in your free time.
