In the first three months, I had the opportunity to immerse myself in the diverse tasks of the HR Development department. Which I did.
I was able to expand my knowledge horizon considerably.
I found the task of preparing and then presenting a paper on "How do I make my learning strategy more effective?
I also spent 3 months in the Strategic Projects department.
Here I learned to appreciate what international teamwork means, because as a team we always worked towards a common goal.
I also learned a lot about the company as well as how to set up and implement strategic topics. My highlight was the preparation of a presentation on the transformation project "HDI Global 4.0".
After that, I was part of the Employer Branding & Sourcing Team.
Here I was allowed to deal a lot with "active sourcing" and had the opportunity to apply my learned knowledge in practice. I also worked on creative projects and shot the video that you can find here. I am very proud of the fact that I was able to actively support the team and always get to know new people.
The current area I'm working in is IT controlling.
So far, I have gained many exciting insights into overall controlling - not least thanks to the great team that strongly supports me and tries to offer me many opportunities.
I have always and in every department been pleased with a very warm welcome and the fact that every team member was happy to impart knowledge and answer my questions.
