Experience report Natalie Rozmarynowksi
Why did you choose this position?
I quickly realized that I am interested in IT project management because I like to work with a team and I like to take responsibility.
Why HDI?
HDI is a large group that offers many opportunities for further development and personal growth. The group was recommended to me by a fellow student and I have also heard only positive things from other contacts, which I can completely underline.
How was the entry into the IT trainee program?
At the beginning I got a mentor at my side, as well as a project sponsor. My future hospital project was presented to me and my wishes and goals for personal development were discussed. In addition, there was a trainee-kick-off on the part of the promotion of young researchers.
What do you look forward to most when you come to the office in the morning?
To my colleagues, the interesting tasks and the good mood in the office!
What do you like most about the IT trainee program?
I like it most, that I can decide for myself, which direction I want to go further and can decide which hospitals are eligible for me. I like it very much that we as a trainee community get the chance to make a difference and to realize our ideas.
Do you have contact with the other IT trainees? If so, how is it designed?
Of course. There are different formats. On the one hand there was a regular JF with the previous trainees and we went together to the carnival in Cologne. With my vintage there are regular dates and we have launched a sponsorship program for the new vintage. With it there are regular exchange formats such as a joint lunch.
