My mentor is always at my side with good advice. He helps me develop further and coordinates all further steps in my IT trainee program with me. He helps me to set up my internship plan and to come into contact with many other departments. Regardless of the matter, he supports me and knows how I can use the 18 months effectively to prove myself in my new position.

Yes, I have a lot of contact with the other IT trainees. We work on projects together, have regular exchange appointments and sometimes meet for lunch. Even in times of the Corona crisis, we manage to exchange ideas on a regular basis. We make phone calls and have video calls.
