Hello, I'm Raif!

Today I work as an administrator in Operations Property at HDI Global - but my path here was anything but straightforward. I started in a completely different area via temporary work, but my goal was clear from the start: to be part of Global one day.

With a lot of dedication, clear goals and open communication about what I really wanted, I found my way there. But my commitment doesn't end with my day-to-day work.

As a member of the representative body for severely disabled employees, I am committed to greater accessibility and inclusion within the HDI Group. And not just there! This topic is also close to my heart outside the company. I am actively involved in the Hanover Gymnastics Club, visit elementary school and show children that physical limitations are no obstacle to sport.

My great passion? Table tennis!

I play in the 2nd Bundesliga and take part in the German championships. Table tennis has shown me once again how important it is to set goals and work towards them - whether in sport, at work or in life.
