You are already expected on your first working day. Just sign up at the reception and let’s go.

How do I dress?

Suit and tie are not the standard any more. You can't go wrong with smart casual. But if you want to be on the safe side, just ask again, that also shows your interest and commitment.

When do I start?

Usually we will be waiting for you at 9 a.m. Your future manager will coordinate your individual start date with you.

Whats happens on the first working day?

A typical first working day

9:00 am: Welcome at the reception and participation in our Welcome Hour

10:15 am: You are picked up from the Welcome Hour and accompanied to your workplace

10:45 am: First conversation with you and your manager

11:00 am: Instructions at the workplace

12:30 pm: Joint lunch

1:00 pm: Introduction to our company, to your department and to your team; explanation of your training plan and tour of our building; presentation of the colleagues.

5:00 p.m: Your first day of work is done!

What else to expect

The length of your training time depends on your previous knowledge, your manager discusses this with you individually
The equipment of your workstation consists of technically high-quality equipment
Our locations are equipped with conference rooms and state-of-the-art communication technology
Many buildings are equipped with Wi-Fi
