Julia Kludt has been a trainee in project architecture since January 2020. During her trainee career, she will be trained as a project architect. Read for yourself why she decided on the IT trainee program and what she experienced at the HDI Group.
I started working as a working student at HDI in August 2018. During this time I was particularly impressed by the collective. The colleagues are very helpful and open. The tasks are varied and you can always find something that you like. Through the program you get to know new people of the same age and network with a wide variety of people within the company.
As an IT architect, you get a broad insight into the company's system landscape. You get to know both the professional and the technical side. In addition, as an IT architect you work as a networker in projects and support them with your broad knowledge.
I started my position as a trainee in October 2019, i.e. 3 months before the official start. During this time, I continued my tasks that I had as a working student and got into the business more and more. On the official start date, there was an extensive kick-off where you got to know everyone. There were interesting lectures and a relaxed evening with delicious food.
To the every morning hot chocolate and the conversations with my colleagues at the coffee corner!
I like that I am fully involved in the department. I get to know different types of projects and can be involved in numerous solutions. In this way, I can find out for myself how I would most like to work and to what extent I can adapt to different framework conditions.
We have a two-week appointment to discuss general trainee-related projects. Or you can meet for lunch. But even so, you can always write to the other person and have a chat.
