Trainee programm controlling

Are you good with numbers and interested in financial topics in an international group? Then you have the best starting conditions for our trainee programme in Controlling.

The Controlling trainee programme starts annually on 1 November and lasts 18 months. Different starting dates can also be agreed on an individual basis.

The 18-month trainee programme is divided into different stages. In the first stage, you will familiarise yourself with the company in your home area, pass through various Group divisions and thus be able to build up a cross-divisional network within the company.
We also offer you various training programmes, so you will be prepared step by step for your future position at HDI AG, which is secured by a permanent employment contract. A mentor will accompany you during the programme and provide advice and support.

You will be actively involved in projects right from the start and get to know the structures of our company. Technical, methodological and personality-related training is an integral part of our trainee programme, as are job shadowing in various controlling areas of the Group. An experienced mentor is at your side and helps you to develop your talents.
