You will benefit from practice-orientated training on site, where you will get to know the day-to-day business of an insurance agency. During the programme, you will have the opportunity to continue your professional and personal development through seminars and webinars. Through work shadowing in various interface departments, we give you the opportunity to familiarise yourself with the corporate culture of the HDI Group and to network.
