Regina Castro joined HDI Seguros in Brazil at the age of 62. She says that in the job interview she was asked about her skills and not about her age or religion - she has not always experienced this during her professional life.

Fayez Allababidy had to flee Syria eight years ago to escape the "Islamic State" and the civil war. He had studied physics in Damascus and had a Bachelor of Science in his pocket - before his life changed radically. He came to Germany and began a dual study program at HDI to become an IT specialist.
